PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries to Egypt addresses can be expected to arrive within
2-5 business days from the time of shipment. where the order is received between Sunday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

Deliveries outside of Egypt can be expected to arrive within 10-14 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at nerinastore@gmail.com

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

 

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

 

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.

LIMITED 2 DAYS DELIVERY AVAILABLE

For orders in Egypt, our online store offers a limited 2 days delivery service on request. 

To use this service, please:

Send an email to nerinastore@gmail.com immediately after finalising your purchase, quoting your order number and request 2 days delivery. Upon receipt of your email request we will immediately contact you by email and advise you on whether your item(s) are available for 2 days delivery or not.

An additional fee (on top of existing shipping charges) will apply depending on your location.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to COVID concerns ,Returns or exchanges are accepted while the courier at your doorstep. Items returned after the courier has left will not be accepted.

In case of returns & exchanges, the shopper pay the shipping fees.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
